Product as nice as it looked in picture, perfect conditions and smooth process. I am delighted by my purchase!
It was perfect.
Todo perfecto.
todo muy bien salvo el embalaje.
gracias
The print is part of a double triptych. I had 5 of the sheets and this purchase provided the 6th. However, it had quite a holes. But since it was offered with another sheet, I was able to use that one to repair the one I wanted and the resulting repairs are barely visible. So now I have a very acceptable 6-tych. I have never seen a complete one before now, and even complete versions of the separate triptychs are quite rare. So I am delighted to have found the means to make the 6-tych complete.........thanks to Nihon Kosho , who continue to find useful and interesting prints for my research.
we had a lot of difficulties and complications with border process this time (we ordered twice last month to the same address but different names) and would like to suggest an advice from your side to us costumers that this can happen
As usual the print arrived in a short time and was in excellent condition
Really good. Cool each of the people painted on and their history. The rice paper is amazing.
I like the action on the street, women pulling travellers into their restuarants. And the angles of the whole picture.

I absolutely love this reproduction. I was surprised after many years of looking at it in photograph books how small the actual print is. I’m not sharing a photograph right now because I haven’t had the opportunity or the funds to have it framed. I think you guys should sell a framed option. And with these I mean museum quality framing I would certainly have paid for it at the time of purchase fourth of been mad at your friend
💯
Interesting piece of erotica nice
This is a genuine copy of a 1721 painting manual (1 of 5 volumes in the set) and such items don't appear that often. Even though it looks its age, the illustrations that interested me are good enough. So, I am very pleased to have added this to my collection of books about samurai illustration. Well done Yishiaki for finding this and posting it for sale on the Nihon Kosho web-site.
Mount Fuji looks a bit ragged in this print. Also uses a minimal amount of differing colors, in my opinion. But it is Hokusai!
The artwork is superb. It is hard to describe how each illustration perfectly encapsulates the plot at each point. It is easy to see that The New Year has arrived from the decorations. Even the flowering plum bonsai hasn’t been left out, as both the young girl and the young flower vendor have been bound and sequestered. But why? Pick up the next volume to find out what happens. It’s a cliff-hanger. Utagawa Toyohiro, the artist was certainly a fine student. In my opinion better than Toyokuni.
