Customs Duties for U.S. Orders

Important Notice to Customers

Thank you for visiting our store.
The United States government has announced that a new reciprocal tariff of 24% will be imposed on goods imported to the United States. As a result, customers will now incur customs duties on shipments to the U.S., in addition to the purchase price and shipping charges.
The customs duty will be charged directly to the customer by the shipping company, such as FedEx, when the goods arrive in the United States. Please note that we are unable to provide you with an exact amount of customs duty in advance, as the amount of duty varies from item to item.
Customers are responsible for customs duties, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation in advance.
We look forward to your continued patronage of our store.

*We hope for your understanding that we cannot declare the value of the item as cheaper, nor can we write that it is a gift in the tax declaration. (These acts are violations to the international convention on customs procedures.)

*Please note that if you refuse to pay the customs duty or refuse to receive the item because of it, we will not be able to refund the shipping cost. Please note that you will also be charged for the return shipping costs to Japan.
(The return shipping costs will be deducted from the price of the item and you will be billed for the shipping costs. Please note that return shipping costs will be 3 to 5 times higher.)

For further details regarding the customs duty, we would appreciate it if you could address your inquiries directly to the customs office of the country in question.

Thank you in advance.
